Es gibt keine andere Stra\u00dfe ins Kathmandu-Tal, sodass wir uns erneut \u00fcber Stunden die Holperstra\u00dfe zur\u00fcckschaukelten. Inklusive Mittagspause waren wir wieder 8 Stunden unterwegs &#8211; f\u00fcr 190km. Das Gewackel lie\u00df kein Lesen oder Handy-schauen zu, doch entlang der Strecke gab es wieder so viel zu sehen, dass keine Langeweile aufkam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery hinein<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Freizeit in Bhaktapur nutzten wir f\u00fcr einen ersten Rundgang durch der Altstadt. Nach dem Erdbeben 2015 waren hier viele H\u00e4user zerst\u00f6rt. Die meisten wurden wieder aufgebaut, doch an vielen Ecken waren noch \u00dcberreste zu sehen. Eigentlich haben die klassischen Newar-H\u00e4user 4 Etagen, sodass Blechd\u00e4cher auf dem Erdgeschoss zeigen, dass hier noch einiges fehlt. Das Erdgeschoss wird als Gesch\u00e4ft genutzt, eventuell der Keller als Lager. Das erste und zweite Obergeschoss sind dann klassisch Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und die K\u00fcche unter dem Dach.\nZuf\u00e4llig trafen wir auf dem Taumadhi Square auf die ersten Feierlichkeiten zum Neujahrsfest. Das Jahr endet in Nepal am kommenden Montag und das neue startet am 14.4., doch das Festival begann bereits am 9.4.. Und so standen wir mittenmang tausender Nepalesen und bestaunten Getrommel und lokalen Tanz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped mehrheitlich im Kathmandu-Tal leben. Die Hauptspeise \u201eSamay Baji\u201c mit Reisflocken, Bambussuppe, H\u00e4hnchen, Gem\u00fcse, Spiegelei, Bohnen und Kartoffeln mochten die Kinder nicht so sehr. Aber der Joghurt \u201eJuju Dhau\u201c zum Nachtisch war sehr lecker und ist besonders f\u00fcr Bhaktapur bekannt.
