Zusammen mit unserem Mitreisenden Olli traf er sich 5:30 Uhr und wanderte noch ein Mal die 1500 Stufen hoch zum K\u00f6nigspalast \u00fcber Gorkha. Der Lohn war ein wundersch\u00f6ner Sonnenaufgang \u00fcber den Berggipfeln des Himalaya: Mount Fishtail, Anapurna II und IV, Manaslu und weitere. 10.800 Schritte sp\u00e4ter und p\u00fcnktlich zum besuchten wir noch das Museum im unteren K\u00f6nigspalast im Dorf, bevor wir uns auf eine weitere 3-Stunden-Busfahrt gen S\u00fcden machten. Wir verlie\u00dfen irgendwann die Berge und kamen in der nepalesischen Tiefebene an. Am Rande des Chitwan-Nationalparks, auf 100-200m H\u00f6he \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel fanden wir ein tolles Safari-Resort vor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images erfrischende Temperatur hatte und dann auf einen Spaziergang durchs Dorf Jagatpur. Dieser Spaziergang war toll. Er f\u00fchrte uns zu traditionellen H\u00e4usern der hiesigen Tharu-Bev\u00f6lkerung, die aus Elefantengras des Nationalparks, Lehm und Kuhdung errichten werden. Die Verh\u00e4ltnisse waren wieder ein Mal sehr \u00e4rmlich, aber doch halbwegs ordentlich und die Kinder hatten Spa\u00df &#8211; besonders beim Beobachten von uns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
