Aktiviert und belebt ging es dann um 8:30 Uhr schnell zum Geburtstagstisch. Angesichts der Lage im Himalaya gab es kleine Geschenke, aber gro\u00dfe Freude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 abenteuerlichen Weg bergab zur\u00fcck nach Pokhara, der zweit-gr\u00f6\u00dften Stadt Nepals mit gut 600.000 Einwohnern auf einer H\u00f6he von 822m \u00fcber NN. Hier besuchten wir das International Mountain Museum, sowie die \u201eYes Helping Hands\u201c Behindertenwerkstatt. Dort produzieren z.B. taubstumme Menschen in Handarbeit Wollkleidung und Kunstwerke. Da in Nepal Samstag und nicht Sonntag der Ruhetag ist, waren nur wenige Arbeiterinnen vor Ort. Aber eine kleine Einf\u00fchrung gab es trotzdem, inkl. selbst probieren. Nat\u00fcrlich kann man auch gleich vor Ort einkaufen.<br>Den Ruhetag merkten wir auch auf der Stra\u00dfe, wo der Verkehr merklich ruhiger war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach einem Mittagessen stiegen wir auf ein Tretboot (mit Fahrer, bzw. \u201eTreter\u201c) und fuhren eine Stunde idyllisch \u00fcber den Phewa-See. Dieser nat\u00fcrliche See ist der zweit-gr\u00f6\u00dfte See Nepals und wird heutzutage durch einen Staudamm reguliert, der gleichzeitig f\u00fcr Strom aus Wasserkraft genutzt wird. Auf Grund des Ruhetags waren einige Boote unterwegs. Denise und Laura hielten die F\u00fc\u00dfe ins Wasser, welches doch recht frisch war &#8211; f\u00fcr die F\u00fc\u00dfe OK, aber zum Schwimmen zu kalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery f\u00fcr das Gl\u00fcck beim Motorrad fahren?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser Hotel lag zwar zentral, aber doch angenehm ruhig. Der Pool war auch eher frisch, aber bei ca. 30\u00b0C in Pokhara eine willkommene Abk\u00fchlung. Au\u00dferdem konnte gleich die neue Schwimmbrille eingeweiht werden.<br>Abendessen a\u00dfen wir dann im Hotel, da wir nicht noch ein mal in die Innenstadt laufen wollten.
