Unsere ankommende Maschine wartete ca. 1,5 h, bis sie einparken konnte. Wir verlie\u00dfen Tokio dann mit 3,5 Stunden Versp\u00e4tung &#8211; Laura hatte den Start schon verschlafen und wir anderen blieben um halb zwei Uhr nachts auch nicht mehr lange wach. Bei sch\u00f6nstem Wetter landeten wir kurz nach 12 Uhr in Sydney. Beim Verlassen des Terminals genossen wir die frische Luft in unseren Nasen, obwohl es gar nicht so kalt war wie bef\u00fcrchtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images Flughafen nahmen wir wieder einen Mietwagen in Empfang, um flexibel zu Freunden, Str\u00e4nden und Wanderungen zu kommen. Die erste Fahrt f\u00fchrte uns in ein Shopping Centre, um wieder neue SIM-Karten f\u00fcr Handy-Internet zu bekommen. \u00dcber Anzac- und Harbour-Bridge ging es an die Northern Beaches und direkt zum Rockpool nach Narrabeen. vor Sonnenuntergang kamen wir endlich bei unseren damaligen Nachbarn an &#8211; wir haben die Ehre bei ihnen schlafen zu d\u00fcrfen. John und Jan (kurz f\u00fcr Janice) freuten sich riesig uns zu sehen. Sie zogen sogar f\u00fcr die Woche, die wir hier sein werden, ins Untergeschoss und \u00fcberlie\u00dfen uns die beiden Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptetage.<br>Der Ausblick auf den Pazifik war wieder einmal atemberaubend, selbst nachdem wir ihn selbst f\u00fcr 3 Jahre schon hatten. Zum Abendessen gab es W\u00fcrstchen f\u00fcr die Kinder und Lammkotelett mit Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr die Erwachsenen. Nach der kurzen Nacht im Flugzeug waren alle m\u00fcde und entsprechend zeitig im Bett &#8211; mit dicken Decken und Heizlaken f\u00fcr die Kinder, da es nachts dann doch einstellig k\u00fchl werden
