Zumindest gibt es hier kein Telefon im Zimmer zum Wecken \ud83d\ude09 Aber wir waren p\u00fcnktlich und wieder erstaunt, wie vielf\u00e4ltig das Japanische Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck sein kann. Und nat\u00fcrlich auch, wie zeitig die Gastgeber aufstehen mussten, um das alles vorzubereiten.<br>Heute am Samstag stand eine Wanderung auf dem Programm. Von Magome (gesprochen mit starkem e am Ende &#8211; Magom\u00e9) f\u00fchrt ein sehr beliebter Wanderweg etwa 8km \u00fcber den Pass ins benachbarte Tsumago. Dieser Weg ist Teil des ber\u00fchmten \u201eOld Nakasendo Trails\u201c von Tokio nach Kyoto \u00fcber verschiedene Post-D\u00f6rfer. Unser Abschnitt startete auf 600m H\u00f6he in Magome, ging hoch auf den Pass auf 800m und dann wieder runter auf 450m nach Tsumago.<br>Dank des zeitigen Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks liefen wir schon um 9 Uhr los, noch bevor es zu warm und voll wurde.<br>Der Wanderweg f\u00fchrte uns sehr abwechslungsreich durch W\u00e4lder aus Zypressen, Laubb\u00e4umen oder Bambus, vorbei an B\u00e4chen und Wasserf\u00e4llen, Reisfeldern und kleinen H\u00e4usern. In den W\u00e4ldern hier sollen auch B\u00e4ren leben. Also lie\u00dfen wir die Snacks zu Hause und schlichen nicht allzu leise durch die Gegend. Au\u00dferdem gab es regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Glocken zum L\u00e4uten, damit die B\u00e4ren rechtzeitig das Weite suchen. Einige Wandersleut trugen sogar ihre eigenen Gl\u00f6ckchen am Rucksack und schellten bei jedem Schritt.<br>Dank der W\u00e4lder liefen wir viel im Schatten und die Temperatur blieb ertr\u00e4glich. Sobald es jedoch in bebautes Gebiet mit Stra\u00dfen und H\u00e4user ging, lief uns das Wasser aus allen Poren. An einem Bach steckten Denise und die Kinder die Beine ins eiskalte Wasser und am Wasserfall erfrischte uns die Gischt ganz herrlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images Mittag. Es gab Rindfleisch am Spie\u00df, herzhaften Reiskuchen am Holzst\u00e4bchen, gef\u00fcllte Teigtaschen und Reisb\u00e4llchen in einer Art Sojasauce. Von der erfrischenden Wassermelone konnten wir gar nicht genug bekommen. Zum Nachtisch noch ein Eis und etwas Souvenirs shoppen. In der Touristeninfo gab es noch einen Stempel und ein Zertifikat f\u00fcr die Wanderung. 14:22 Uhr brachte uns dann der Bus zur\u00fcck nach Magome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Magome schauten wir auch noch etwas durch die Souvenirl\u00e4den, holten den Mangome-Stempel und lie\u00dfen dann den Nachmittag in Ruhe im Ryokan ausklingen.<br>P\u00fcnktlich um 18 Uhr stand wieder ein tolles Abendessen auf dem Tisch. Nach einem Gang in den Onsen mit ausf\u00fchrlichem Duschen kehrte dann auch bald Stille auf den Matratzen ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
