Da kreisten wir (recht aussichtsreich) nahe New York, allerdings auf Wolkenlevel und es sch\u00fcttelte uns ordentlich. Wir waren alle etwas gr\u00fcnlich um die Nase und waren uns nicht sicher wer die Spuckt\u00fcte als erstes braucht &#8211; Flori war\u2018s :-\/<br \/>\nKoffer und Mietwagen bekamen wir problemlos und waren schnell in Morristown. Wir d\u00fcrfen netterweise bei Mathias ehemaligem Kollegen \u00fcbernachten &#8211; der auch gerade als Expat mit Familie hier ist &#8211; und ein riesiges Haus hat. Florian sagte \u201eDas ist ja eine Burg\u201c.<br \/>\nDie 5 Kinder spielten super miteinander &#8211; hatten unsere doch endlich deutsch sprechende Kameraden. So waren wir alle sehr sp\u00e4t im Bett, was der Umstellung an die neue Zeit (6 Stunden weiter) aber ganz gut entgegen kam. Damit schliefen wir gut und kamen wir heute morgen auch ganz gut aus dem Bett. Nach einem sehr deutschen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck (Juchu) ging es auf eine Farm. Allerdings war es so eisig (Max 5\u00b0C) , dass wir nicht lange blieben und dann am Nachmittag noch einmal etwas in Morristown unterwegs waren. Zwischendurch weihte uns Dirk (in Vorbereitung auf Australien) in die Kunst des deutschen Sauerteigbrotbackens ein und die Kinder verausgabten sich beim Trampolin und Zirkus spielen.<br \/>\nMorgen geht&#8217;s (warm angezogen) New York erobern &#8211; oder zumindest einige ausgew\u00e4hlte Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten von Manhatten \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style>\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
